Who are you? What are you? How many times have we had to answer these questions? The enquirer is usually satisfied with your name, status and profession.
But how would you answer if I asked ‘why are you’?
Helping my client answer this question is key to achieving self-mastery. And self-mastery means the removal of suffering from our lives and the opportunity to experience profound and lasting joy, Knowing the ‘why’ makes sense of everything we have experienced in life and more importantly, gives us real and informed choice as to how we move forward.
I believe each of us incarnates with a set of specific themes to explore. Some might be related to unfinished business from past lives, and others are inviting us into new territory. Even though we may not be familiar with our life themes from the outset, any self-aware adult will recognise repeating patterns as life unfolds. Perhaps in the early days, we responded to life events in an habituated fashion, unaware of why these things kept happening to us. But as we become more self-aware, we recognise that we are perpetuating these experiences and they are happening for us. At this level of maturity, we have stepped out of victim mode and into our sovereign creator mode. Now life gets interesting!
Where do we start to understand why we are? Our individuated personality self, manifesting in our human avatar, is designed by our Soul Self to support the exploration of our life themes for this incarnation. There are a range of modalities that give insights into each facet of our personality and explain our corresponding behaviours.

I can best describe my adult life as a game of two halves. The first half was spent serving as an Officer in the Royal Air Force, both as an air traffic controller and also training junior officers in leadership, personal development and team dynamics.
As I neared the end of my 24 year career, I started to have Traditional Acupuncture treatments and realised I had found my second calling. I studied for a B.A.Hons degree and graduated in 2010. Over the last 15 years, I have been building my acupuncture practice in Warwick, UK.
However, not one to let the grass grow under my feet, I have been continually expanding my skill set. I have developed a programme for sharing the gifts of the Chinese Five Elements framework for psychometric profiling and health and well-being on body, mind and spirit levels. I trained to teacher level in the therapeutic world of colour with Colour Mirrors. I am trained to practitioner level in the application of numerology using Soul Plan, and in the use of tuning forks for sound healing, and in the practice of Energy Clearing and Sprit Release. I channelled my own process for exploring and healing challenging relationships using Your Scroll Process. I am also a psychic channel and telepath.
I combine all these skills with my keen interest in astrology, ancient prophesy, indigenous wisdom, myths and legends, and human behaviours. Everything I do with my clients is to facilitate their return to optimal health and wellbeing, through greater self-awareness and self-mastery.
My personal mission is to reconnect with my Higher Self and reclaim my sovereignty as a Divine fractal of Source incarnating in physical form.
My Services
My primary aim is to assist my client in understanding why they are who they are.
I use a multi-layered, multi-frequency approach, reflecting the complexity of the Soul-infused human.
Sometimes we need to peel back layers upon layers of distortions and acquired inauthentic beliefs before we can get close to the real you. Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Your Scroll Process, energy clearing and Spirit release, plus remote energy treatments serve to help you return to your original aligned zero point of balance and harmony.
From that authentic baseline, we use modalities such as the Five Elements diagnostic framework, Soul Plan numerology, your colour birth chart using Colour Mirrors and refer to your astrological natal chart, if you have one, to identify your personal 'why'. This is your purpose for this incarnation.
My services:
I offer remote treatments for bringing the Body, Mind and Spirit into balance. Treatments may incorporate acupuncture points, tuning forks, colour therapy, numerology, oracle cards, energy clearing and Spirit Release.
All therapeutic modalities included in the treatment are determined through dowsing, after an initial conversation with my client. Once formulated, I share the treatment proposal with my client and discuss my rationale. If my client is happy to proceed, we set a date and I conduct the treatment remotely using focussed intention and energetic connection with my client. There is an opportunity to share feedback in a post-treatment call.
A single multi-frequency treatment, including the two pre treatment calls and post treatment call is £88.
If you prefer to work on the cerebral level, I also offer more conventional online one-to-one coaching sessions. I have found that 90 minutes per session works well. If you feel you are on a roll, I am happy to extend to 120 minutes, but after that we'll both be flagging and less than productive.
In essence, you can work with me on a one-off, stand alone session, or book sessions as and when you feel called to engage further. I do not offer packages, as in my experience, real life does not fit into a package. That said, if you would feel more comfortable with planning ahead and making a longer-term commitment, with set dates on a regular basis, I would be delighted to facilitate that approach.
I invite you to make an energy exchange for my services, on a sliding scale of affordability, between £111 - £144 per 90 minute session.
I also offer in-person team coaching at a venue of the organisation's choice within the UK, and occasional online workshops. I am also available for public speaking events where I share how to achieve personal mastery through aligning with one's true nature, the natural way.
I also hold online Five Element workshops where I take a deep dive into each of the five elements. The workshops are 2.5 hours long and I share the theory of the element and offer personalised insights and guidance into how to improve the balance of your elements for a more joyful life. The energy exchange is £88 for each workshop.

Without Clair’s consistently concise and clear insight (whilst always still being kind - sometimes reality is hard to hear!), I would be still be convinced that everything behaviourally ’wrong’ in my relationship was down to the OTHER person.
In my ‘out-of-balance’ state, my wood was knocking on his wood, harder and harder, building resentfulness and frustration. The future was of loggerheads facing up, with the story in my head saying that ‘giving way’ equated to ‘being walked over’. Knock, knock, knock on wood …
Clair’s coaching helped me see that all the positive characteristics of wood were there in spades - in BOTH of us - and harmony was possible if one’s wood had the flexibility to bend with the wind.
